When you first walk through the door and take a few steps you will be greeted by some adult goats. From the goats if you take a left you can find capybaras and baby goats and if you take a right you can claim your food/leaves. Once you have the food you can feed it to the capybaras and goats. Just to warn you the goats may bite!
When you walk into the gift shop the first thing that you can see is the snakes and you can take in turns holding them. I felt a little bit uncomfortable holding the snakes because it feels like they could strangle you but when you hold the snake they are not vicious as they are little babies.
The gift shop is overpriced so I just bought a Chinese New Year money envelope for a souvenir.
It was really fun and I recommend this for capybara lovers.

Great post Phoebe. Loved the animals, not the snakes though! You’re braver than me. Looks like it’s fun. Xx
Thank although i would of thought that you like snakes.
The baby goats are cute, not are about the capybaras or snakes!
Thank you still offended though capybaras are😍
The oversized rats seem friendly and the snake scarf realy suits you.😍
The capybaras are really cute but you wouldn’t catch me with a snake around my neck. Enjoy every minute of the rest of your trip and keep writing blog posts. It’s great to read about your experiences and something you can look back on and remember when you’re back in the UK.
I understand that you’re heading off to Japan as well? Mr C is going that way in the Easter holidays so if you’ve got any recommendations for him, I’m sure they’ll be welcome 🙂
Thank you. For Mr C: Shibuya crossing, daytrips to Nara, Osaka or Kyoto (bit of a journey about 2 and a half to tree hours away on bullet train, Hiroshima or the Chiba hanging monorail
