Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls, spanning the border between the province of Ontario in Canada and the state of New York in the United States. We caught a double decker slow train from Toronto with Poppy (the penguin) to visit Canada’s iconic landmark. 

The noise and spray of the falling water was immense! Myself and Phoebe rode the ‘Voyage to the Falls’ boat tour where we were so close to the falls it was akin to being in a rainstorm. The city of Niagara Falls, adjacent to the waterfall is a glitzy touristy place full of casinos and reminded us of a miniscule version of Las Vegas.
